elebia NEO lifting hook – with remote engagement and release of load
With a remote-controlled elebia lifting hook, you take the last step towards being completely free from manually lifting loads. These lifting hooks are a relatively new invention, having only been on the market since 2018, when the first NEO20 lifting hook was introduced. Since then, the NEO50 was added to the range in 2019, and in 2020, the largest NEO20S and NEO100 were developed, the NEO100 with a lifting capacity of 100 tons.

The NEO series of elebia lifting hooks is designed as the perfect tool for lifting and transporting various loads and for most oversized lifting points with a diameter of up to 180 mm.
These can be topics such as:
- Rods
- Holes in a plate
- Chain link
- Lifting eyes
The NEO lifting hooks allow you to grab and release any load using the remote control, and with their reliable design, it is impossible to drop a load.
When lifting and manoeuvring various loads with limited visibility, the lifting hooks can be set to Autoclose mode to ensure the process runs smoothly.
NEO lifting hooks only lift the load when the locking system confirms locking.
How the NEO lifting hooks work
The NEO lifting hook approaches the lifting point, and the closing operation starts when the trigger contacts the lifting point.
When NEO's sensor detects that the hook is in the closed position, it locks automatically, and the LED status indicator changes from green (open) to red (intermediate state) and finally to blue (closed).
At that moment, the load is ready to be lifted and transported.
- The models NEO20 and NEO20S are equipped with a swivel top link
- The models NEO50, NEO60 and NEO100 are equipped with a fixed top link
White light indicates low battery level.
The NEO lifting hooks are equipped with a high-capacity battery, which with a 3-hour charge allows for more than 3,000 cycles, or over 250 hours of standby mode.
Remote controls
Elebia lifting hooks are easily operated with elebia remote controls. They provide flexible, precise and reliable control of the lifting hook in a fail-safe manner.
eMINI remote control
With the simplest and smallest remote control, eMINI, you can open and close the automatic hook and monitor its battery level. With just one remote control, you can control several lifting hooks.
Model eMINI can be worn in a glove or a wrist strap.
eMAX remote control
With the most advanced model, eMAX, you can control several automatic crane hooks simultaneously, and all information is constantly displayed on the remote control's large screen.
A flip-up belt is available to carry and store this remote control in.
