CTX Tandem Tool is a tool developed by our engineers and it is designed to provide additional lifting points to a chain hoist. Several of our customers in the wind turbine industry use this tool, as it allows easy installation in the hatch, and it can be raised to the ideal unloading height, thereby avoiding heavy lifting from low points.
CTX Tandem Tool is available with different clamp sizes to fit different chain diameters. The variants can be found here on our webpage, and you can buy the tool directly from our webshop. The CTX Tandem Tool is an approved accessory by the recognized chain hoist manufacturers KITO and LIFTKET.
How the CTX Tandem Tool works
With the CTX Tandem Tool you have the possibility of multi tool setup. The CTX Tandem Tool is designed with two clamps and two self-locking pins. The tool is easily and quickly attached to a chain.
How it works
1. Attach the CTX Tandem Tool to the lifting chain
2. Attach lifting accessory (optional)
3. Attach the load
4. Hoist the chain
Start again if you want to add more CTX Tandem Tools to the same chain.
