CERTEX Danmark designs and produces lifting beam for lift of nacelles

We solve many interesting projects at CERTEX Danmark and this time the task was to design and produce a lifting beam for lifting nacelles - focusing on the customer’s process and process time. Halfway during the project, what often occurs in such a process happened – a new need arose. The customer wanted the lifting beam to also be compatible with the next type of nacelles, a decision we could only agree on. This meant that we had to incorporate a solution where the size of the lifting beam became adjustable.

During this project the customer was with us the whole way in the form of weekly follow-up meetings. With this collaboration we ensured that the customer’s final product was a lifting beam that fulfilled their expectations, needs and process. Of course, the beam was also delivered on time.
