Cranes for the new production halls at EMS

Over the past few weeks, CERTEX Danmark has installed 4 overhead cranes in the new production halls at EMS in Esbjerg. EMS is expanding to make more room to produce large steel structures.

We started by assembling the cranes for the large hall, a 32-ton and a 16-ton overhead crane. The cranes were calibrated before being hoisted and then went through further tests and adjustments to ensure that both crane and hoist run perfectly. In the video below you can get a little insight into how this went.

We have also installed two 10-ton cranes in the other new production hall.
