Custom-made column mounted jib crane

In close cooperation with our customer we have developed a special jib crane which is mounted on a trolley which the customer has manufactured.

The project was to find a method to make the work more efficient without using the floor areas as storage of various accessories. The custom-made jib crane is self-propelled along the work area and with an electric pivot motor to slew the jib arm and electric chain hoist.

• Height: 1.65 m
• Outreach: 4 m, including foldable jib arm 1.95 m
• Front plate: Ø500 mm
• WLL: 320 kg
