Digital transformation is on our agenda!

Every year, representatives from Lifting Solutions Group, Axel Johnson International meet to talk about digital transformation in our companies. This week, the sales manager and marketing manager from CERTEX Denmark spend 2 days in Täby, Sweden discussing experiences and future ideas with colleagues from all over Europe.

One of the topics was cultural and organizational change and how to drive change in “old” companies like ours, where some are more than 100 years old. But there is no doubt, it is necessary to keep digital transformation on the agenda to ensure that we can continue to support our customers in the best way possible - also in the future.

Even though this journey started some years ago, we are still dedicated to keep improving the way we work and the way we serve our customers.

A few days ago, our customers received an invitation to participate in our customer satisfaction survey. We are looking forward to receiving the answers and we are grateful for all inputs. For us, this is one of the many steps we take to make sure our customers are heard and taken care of.
