How do we attract young people to jobs in our industry?
Through our continued work to attract and make young people interested in jobs in our industry, we have this week had a visit from two students from Ungeunivers in Vojens, of course in compliance with the precautions that are currently recommended.
Simon and Daniel, who are in the 9th grade at the Ungeunivers in Vojens on a daily basis, are on internships in the office and in the production workshop, respectively. They have both been allowed to try the things we deal with daily, and they have already gained experience, as Daniel commented from his chair in the service department:
"The work is exciting, but there is a high level of phone calls"
Welcoming students within the company not only inspires the young people, but also the company. The young people are very committed, and it is therefore easy to plan an exciting internship period.
