Industrial safari at CERTEX Danmark

In the efforts to attract and retain the young local workforce, CERTEX Danmark has during the previous years invited primary school pupils in Vojens to visit our company. Here the various job functions in the company have been presented to them, as well as they have attended workshops.

This year, we have chosen to invite middle-school/college teachers and student counselors from 7 different schools into our company, to give them insight into which educations can lead to exciting jobs in their local area.

The purpose of this visit is to show/inform student counselors that the way to a career in the industry does not necessarily go through mainstream higher education schools. We are in great need of young people with business education, business school education or a course at a technical school, and we need to show them the opportunities the young people have with these educations in the portfolio.
