ISO audit 2021

Although everything in the world is currently different, the annual ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 audits must be completed.

And it certainly was - in a completely new way: digitally together with the certification company Bureau Veritas. Everything went on in Teams, with auditors and scheduled interviews with the various departments and individuals.

"It was a completely new, positive way of conducting an audit, and the digital part will definitely be part of the traditional audit in the future," confirmed QA & Lean Manager Andreas Andreasen.

The digital audit has advantages that the traditional audit does not have.

"We are a nationwide company that has people all over the country, and they were also involved via Teams" continues Andreas.

A good collaboration and understanding of the current situation from all parties meant that it was a couple of good days with a positive result.
