This is how we mark cable socks
A cable sock is a kind of end fitting designed as a "sock" for mounting on steel wire ropes, cables or hoses. They are often mounted with either thimbles, soft eyes or swivels at one end, and open at the other so that they can be pulled in over the cable. This allows you to easily perform cable pulling or other handling of your cable.
Here you will see a bundle of finished cable socks with 2 soft eyes and strands for lacing being marked.
We can mark cable socks individually, if the customer wants it, before packing them in boxes and sending them to you.
Remember that cable socks are not approved for lifting.
