The Starcon Nailing Plates 10mm thickness is a plastic plate designed for use with threaded transport anchors and attaches to the thread. Positioned above the threaded hole at the top, it ensures that concrete does not get into the thread during pouring, so the wire strap can be easily attached by screwing it onto the anchor once the concrete has hardened.
The retaining plate is screwed to the transport anchor before casting and mounted in the mould, ensuring that the thread of the transport anchor remains free of concrete. The mold can be used several times if it is cleaned and lubricated after each use. This makes it easy to attach wire rope straps and lifting gear products with threads by screwing these onto the transport anchor.
Areas of application: Used for embedding a transport anchor in concrete.
Advantages: Easily screws into place without the need for special tools or equipment.
Can be recycled.
